Yoga and Dance Therapist

My journey into healing began not with a single moment, but through years of slowly returning to myself, through grief, joy, confusion, and clarity. I've come to understand that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but about remembering what’s whole.
Through somatic practices, intuitive movement, breath, and sacred space-holding, I’ve learned to listen to the body as a wise guide. It keeps leeds me back to softness, to trust, and to a deep sense of belonging in my own skin.

I now share these tools with others to release old stories, come home to themselves, and build strength and confidence through mindful asana and pranayama practice.
My teaching is grounded and intentional, balancing structure with slowness and presence, creating safe spaces where the body leads and vulnerability is welcome.

I'm based in India most time of the year, where I also occasionally offer in-person workshops. I hold online yoga practise and my Instagram and WhatsApp is the best way to stay close to my work and receive inspiration, updates, and reflections.
